It contains both free amino acids for fast-absorption as well as branched-chain amino acids important for muscle protection and full recovery as well as for large gains of lean muscle mass. Use Essential Amino Energy as a complementary addition to your daily diet and you will make sure to improve the result of your hard work at the gym. It comes in several fresh fruit flavours and in order to provide a significant boost to your workout it contains a number of natural energy stimulants such as caffeine.
How to use
Dosage instructions
Mix 2 scoops with 300-360 ml of cold water.
Consume one or more servings first thing in the morning and/or between meals.
Pre-workout
Take 1-3 servings 20-30 minutes before training.
Post-workout
Take 1-2 servings immediately after training.
