1. What payment methods do you accept?We currently accept payments with all the cards listed below, as well as Paypal and Klarna (for some countries).

You can also pay with a gift card if you got from us. Gift cards are applicable in the store, and should be registered at the checkout. You cannot use multiple gift cards at the same time. You can, however, use the same credit card more than once until the limit has been reached.
2. My credit card was declined, why?
In rare cases credit cards can be declined, often due to a mistake while typing in your card details. Make sure you enter your card details correctly.

4. Entering the wrong CV2 security code
5. Having a security setting in place to block online purchases

3. What currency are your prices in?
All prices on Gymnordic are stated in the currency that you choose. The actual credit card transactions are always converted to EUR upon withdrawal. You may find the local bank conversion rates differ from the one in store. If you choose payment with klarna you will have transactions made in the same currency you choose.
4. Can I place the order by phone?
All orders have to be placed online. However you are always welcome to call us in case you need any guidance or help with placing an order.
5. When will I be charged?
You will only be charged once your order is shipped from our warehouse.
6. Return
You have right to return your product unopen with fully refund during 14 days after receiving products
7. Broken/Error items
You have right to return your product with fully refund during 24 months after receiving in case of production errors/broken items
8. VAT
If you not have EU VAT numbers your order include VAT
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gymnordic.com purchases. If, however, you are not fully satisfied, please contact customer service, or email us at info@gymnordic.com and let us know the reason of your complaint. Products may be returned within 30 days for store credit, products exchange or original payment.
BROKEN OR DESTOYED PRODUCTS POLICY
If the reason of your dissatisfaction with the order is broken or destroyed products, in order for us to be able to refund or resend you new products, we require thorough evidence in the form of picture or video of all the broken products.
We apologise for this measure, but it’s a safety measure as we had previous unfortunate cases in which clients were requesting new products in big quantities, without providing any clear evidence.
We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused by receiving products in a deteriorated form, but appeal to your understanding as these issues occur mostly because of transportation or handling the packagings. These are unfortunate cases that we are doing our best to eliminate, but most of the time they happen because of factors that are out of our control.
