Mix 1 scoop with 180 ml of cold water or any other beverage and drink before, during or after training.
Tips

Your body's chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes to experience the effect of AMINO X™.
AMINO X™ will increase its effects until you reach the maximum level after 3-12 weeks.
